At their E3 2014 press conference June 9th, EA showed gameplay of Mirror's Edge along with a video featuring the developers, DICE. They talked about the importance of flow and speed during the freerunning elements, intercut with live freerunning video and actual gameplay showing Faith run-kicking guards via walls and railings, all the while moving forward. Combat appears to be more seamless this time around, though at no point was she shown firing a gun. The demo was impressive but showed very little of the game and there's no word as to whether it will be playable on the show floor once E3 starts tomorrow - Tuesday June 10th.
