Hoagy
Biography[]
Hoagy is the owner of Hoagy's Bar in one of the Old Town pockets of the City of Glass. Acquainted with Abraham Connors, who frequented the bar after |Erika's death, Hoagy also knew Faith and Kate, although he always had difficulty telling them apart.
